Affiliate Disclosure

1. How This Site Earns Money

andybullmusic.com is an independent casino review website focused on Neosurf casinos available to players in Australia. Some of the links on this website are affiliate links. This means that if you click on a link to a casino or gambling operator and subsequently register, deposit, or play at that operator, we may receive a commission from that operator at no additional cost to you.

These affiliate commissions are how we fund the operation of this website, including the research, testing, and writing that goes into every review we publish.

2. Our Editorial Independence

We want to be completely transparent: affiliate commissions do not influence our rankings, ratings, or review content. Our editorial process operates independently of our commercial relationships. Casinos are evaluated on their merits — including licensing, game selection, Neosurf deposit support, payout speed, customer service, and player safety — regardless of whether we have a commercial arrangement with them.

• Operators cannot pay to receive a higher rating or a more favourable review.
• We publish both the strengths and the weaknesses of every casino we review.
• Casinos we do not recommend may still appear on the site with an honest explanation of why.
• If a casino's service deteriorates, we update or remove our recommendation regardless of any commercial relationship.

3. How to Identify Affiliate Links

We believe you should always know when a link may earn us a commission. You can identify affiliate or sponsored links on andybullmusic.com in the following ways:

• Buttons and links labelled with phrases such as "Visit Casino", "Play Now", or "Claim Bonus" are affiliate links.
• Links within casino listings, comparison tables, and "top list" pages are generally affiliate links.
• Any content that has been paid for by an operator will be clearly marked as "Sponsored", "Advertisement", or "Paid Promotion" at the top of the content.
• Affiliate links may contain tracking parameters in the URL that identify andybullmusic.com as the referring source.

If you are ever unsure whether a link is an affiliate link, assume that it is — and feel free to contact us for confirmation.

4. Australian Compliance Statement

andybullmusic.com aims to comply with the advertising and consumer protection standards applicable in Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), and the AANA Code of Ethics, which requires that advertising and commercial relationships be clearly distinguishable as such.

We disclose our affiliate relationships prominently so that you can make informed decisions about the content you read. We do not claim that any gambling product or service is suitable for you, and we do not encourage any person to gamble.

Please note that interactive gambling services are regulated in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). It is your responsibility to ensure that any gambling activity you engage in is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Reader Responsibility

The content on andybullmusic.com is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or gambling advice. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for verifying that you are of legal gambling age (18+) and that online gambling is permitted where you live before registering with any operator.
• You should always read the full terms and conditions of any casino, bonus, or promotion before participating.
• Gambling involves risk and can be addictive. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• While we strive for accuracy, casino offers, bonuses, and terms change frequently, and we cannot guarantee that all information on this site is current at the time you read it.
• Your use of any third-party casino website is entirely at your own risk.
